How to Cancel a frozen printer que ?

When you try to print something and nothing happens, you try and cancel it and nothing happens....now what?

Step1
Open MY COMPUTER and get into the C:\windows\system32\printers.

Step2

Delete everything in this folder. These are jobs in your print que.

Step3

Now restart your computer and print again.
