Many people use a computer for many hours during the day. This can cause strain on your eyes. Here are some tips to reduce eye strain.
Step1EYE DOCTOR: See your eye doctor once a year to get new glasses if you need them. Using the wrong prescription glasses while looking at a computer for hours a day can damage your eyes even more.
Step2TAKE BREAKS: Every 20 to 30 minutes take a break to look at an object that is at least 20 feet away. Look away from the computer for at least 5 minutes.
Step3SCREEN: Use a flat computer screen and an anti-glare screen, so that your eyes aren't straining to see what is on the screen.
